When the Duty Rota is compiled. We will make best efforts to accomdate peoples availability throughout the year.

However, this is not always possible. If for any reason you cannot make your assigned date, it is your responsibility to arrange a duty swap with other memebers.

If a swap can’t be arranged, please let the sailing secratery know as soon as possible.

The number of duties assigned to each person is determined by the number of active members and the sailing program. Generally we try and keep the number of duties to a maximum of 4 days per season per person.

Duties marked as “All” are events that require the support of the membership to run. The Open Day and Open Regatta for example.

We aim to be a friendly club. Please help the duty team of the day by keeping the club house as tidy as possible and lending a hand when clearing up at the end of sailing.
